Brazed plate exchangers are used
for high temperature and pressure. Unlike the traditional plate
heat exchanger, the brazed plate heat exchanger does not contain
rubber gaskets and can thus operate continuously at temperatures
from minus 180 deg. C to plus 200 deg. C. The operating pressure
can be as high as 30 bar.
Typical applications include:
- District heating and heating and ventilation.
- Solar heating and air conditioning units.
- Heat pumps and heat recovery units.
- Hydraulic and fuel oil units.
